Highly recommend! Tiffany is beyond professional and very knowledgeable. Above all I really appreciated the customer service that I had and continue to receive as she made herself available to answer any questions I had during and after my service. I felt seen and heard as a human and not just a customer/client that she could just sell a product to and quickly forget about. If I could give more than five stars I would. I would definetly use in the future as my needs grow.

My agent Kareem Thomas was very professional & responsive to my concerns with changing my home and auto over. Mr. Thomas was able to get me much more coverage and at a lesser amount. He also educated me on so many things so that I was able to completely understand my homeowners policy. I am so glad that I was able to work with him because he wasn’t just trying to sell me insurance, he operated as if he actually worked for me to get me the best deal possible. I would absolutely refer to friends/family.
